MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Too Close’

you rock my world
you are with me
when I weep
you hold me tight
in my sleep

when I tremble
you are the closest
to my skin
at moments of sorrow
your strength I borrow

you go into the depth
of the self talk…
proud of you
cancer

MIDDAY POETRY – ‘Unveiling’

our perspectives
shells of our beliefs
crushed by the wind of change
soaring in the ether
unveiling

drilling deep inside the raptured skull
bursting into full spectrum colors
rainbow in the mind
exploding

guided through the spine by two snakes
rapidly moving forward
breaking through all resistance
uncoiling

fresh breath of life force coming in
exhale all impurities
take in all the goodness
transforming

in the light

MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘By Default’

by default
since birth
we are utterly
blinded

when it comes to
our grasp of the
higher frequencies
of the world’s shift

so much angst
friends and fam
reminiscent of the
virus era

striking focus
on the live
affairs of the
elite

we forget
to look inside
our precious
lives

any problems
we ever have
with choices
of others

reflect
the issues
in our very
own mind

frustration
retaliation
conflict
within

as above
so below
our thoughts
manifest

choose peace

MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Reclaimed’

Clawfoot bathtub
In the middle of
The living room
Provided a view

The family just
Finished breakfast
Kids ready
To leave the house

The doorbell rang
Shuffling feet
The youngest
Went to open

Having lived
In the house
Ten years
Today

What a surprise
To receive
A letter
From the landlord

Inside it read
Dear tenant
We are retiring
And moving back

You are asked
To move out
At the end of
This moon

The furnishings
Are to be returned
In original
Condition

Your time
Is up
In the air
Sincerely yours

The Royals
