MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Hooked’

Trying the brain at Haiku poetry…

hook in open mouth
Nemo fish caught in the net
released to freedom

***********************************

Poem 2

eyes opened wide
hook in hand counting stitches
the love of crochet

MIDDAY POETRY – ‘Spot-of-I on Spotify’

euphonious tunes
filling my pods
to humming
of the heater

ample time
invested into
recordings of
audio today

earlier poems
immortalized
with my voice
on waves

chuffed with
unfolding of
the procedure
smoothly

in the process
of recording
most of my
poems

eager to see
whether this
exercise gives
them wings

MIDNIGHT POETRY- ‘Unearthed’

tangled words
out the throat
only wheezing
escapes

jammed in the
narrow passage
all letters of the
alphabet

blunt or sharp
like a spear
a pen with
no ink

leap into
the unknown
fear aside
inhale

a tale about
raw diamonds
yearning to be
discovered
…shine

MIDDAY POETRY – ‘Survival’

knockout beauty
agile and vibrant
a gazelle stotting
from her hideout

sensing a predator
all legs up in the air
speeding for safety

being a vegetarian
choice of light meals
dry land with no water
gives her extra strength

stamina of a runner
body of a goddess
this time she escaped

alive
