MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘July Down Under’

holiday spirit
winter in the sky
seasonal festivities
christmas in july

vego feast making
knife very sharp
tiny cookies baking
let’s live the carp

snowflakes falling
on green grass
roos hop around
lake turned into glass

local markets
full of food
chopping boards
made out of wood

beanies and gloves
crochet socks
everyone loves
presents box

small or large
nobody cares
without charge
who compares
