MIDDAY POETRY – ‘Still’

crushing down waves
pouring skies
cut the ties
with the world around

time to reflect
to be with oneself
nowhere else
but inside

busyness stopped
all is calm
silence around
apart from the rain

what do we need
what do we really
crave to do and be
other than that

an opportunity
to go within
to slow down
to be in joy

still…
alive

MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Bare Connection’

what do we love more
the product or its inventor
what do we love more
the children or their creator

does love pick sides
is it equal to all

come out of the trauma
leading to regrets
hurt and bare
in search for meaning

we stop the choosing
the day we realize
all is one… connected

loved

MIDDAY POETRY -‘Allness’

i used to be very opinionated
now i try to listen without reacting
i used to have an aggressive voice
now I try and speak without poison

my mind has changed direction
instead of ruffled feathers
i try to find a common ground
where there used to be conflict

the change has been ongoing
the reason for it meditation
calmness found in silence
the oneness found in allness

under construction
work in progress…

MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Unresolved’

looking for solutions
to heal the heart
vibrant sound bath
returns me on my path

chanting beads
relaxing sounds
watch the flame
peace will come

forgiven to all
except myself
still too hard
on this one

obsessed with
the inner voice
holding the reins
playing old beliefs

immersed in silence
sitting in stillness
finding a solace
in each breath

further more
searching
for the wisdom
of the sages

into infinity
