MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Life of Magnitude’

a wave of gratitude
for life of magnitude
friends of high quality
philosophy of equality

starting today a new chapter
now time we unwrapped her
aiming at the highest cloud
where being fulfilled is allowed

strong desire burns within
let the maturity begin

recording of the above poem read by the author

MIDDAY POETRY – ‘Life Of Farmers’

Until today I had no idea
Jobs of fruit farmers
So many tasks
Dawn till dusk

Went to pick Lychees
To help farmers friends
Harvest off old trees
The fruit on our knees

Hills covered in tangled bean
Climbing of tall trees
Then cutting the branches
Sight I have never seen

Chainsaw at hand
Buckets and big crates
Start just after sun rise
At breakfast was my end

The morning only started
My workout has been done
Cooling off in cold shower
I can’t say it was much fun

Farming since young years
The owners, our friends
Now in their later years
Still doing all by hands

Tough life of a farmer
Who always plays its luck
Will there be fruit this year
And eager buyer after quick buck

Stay agile my friends!
♡ and our appreciation for all farmers ♡

MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Outside Feelings’

Hope is a good word to ponder
Having faith we see its wonder
Time gives lines to our brow
Our feelings on the outside grow

Returning to our inner child
When days and nights are rather wild
Digging deeper into the past
Any age has been a blast

Roller coaster ride or a rocking of a chair
Living through puberty didn’t seem too fair
Vigorous movement of our limbs
During those hours spent in the gyms

Weight seems to creep up past those years
Hidden by looser pants covering our fears
Emotional baggage locked inside our cells
Messing with free radicals into living hells

Slow and steady gets the worms
Resentment at life sets new norms
True meaning of life lost in translation
Enjoy the journey before the destination
