to heal the heart
vibrant sound bath
returns me on my path
chanting beads
relaxing sounds
watch the flame
peace will come
forgiven to all
except myself
still too hard

obsessed with
the inner voice
holding the reins
playing old beliefs
immersed in silence
sitting in stillness

in each breath
further more
searching
for the wisdom
of the sages

One of a kind
Peace you can find
Stay still don’t move
Follow the groove
Until you improve
Occupy the space
That you sense
Of your face
Breathe in and out
Create new route
Remove all doubt
Sit within your body
Feeling like nobody
Filling the whole body
All the thoughts replace
Unity now embrace
Stop the constant chase
Be present now
Grace
new day
new ness
new breath
old beliefs
shifted
changed form
healing
antidote
rewired
dna
until we learn to operate
the machine called
human bodymind
we tend to leave that
to the doctor
