MIDDAY POETRY – ‘Hesitant Kiss’

the sun opened each wild flower
caressing her soft petals gently
the breeze stroked all the leaves
bending the long growing grass

it was a day with not a cloud in sight
walking across the bridge hand in hand
into the fields of golden light
their touch invisible to the naked eye

their journey together was near the end
spontaneously lifting her black veil
showing an empty space
then a hesitant kiss

the sudden darkness
remembering her duties
he followed into the field
never to return
alive

MIDDAY POETRY – ‘Unveiling’

our perspectives
shells of our beliefs
crushed by the wind of change
soaring in the ether
unveiling

drilling deep inside the raptured skull
bursting into full spectrum colors
rainbow in the mind
exploding

guided through the spine by two snakes
rapidly moving forward
breaking through all resistance
uncoiling

fresh breath of life force coming in
exhale all impurities
take in all the goodness
transforming

in the light

MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘By Default’

by default
since birth
we are utterly
blinded

when it comes to
our grasp of the
higher frequencies
of the world’s shift

so much angst
friends and fam
reminiscent of the
virus era

striking focus
on the live
affairs of the
elite

we forget
to look inside
our precious
lives

any problems
we ever have
with choices
of others

reflect
the issues
in our very
own mind

frustration
retaliation
conflict
within

as above
so below
our thoughts
manifest

choose peace

MIDNIGHT POETRY – ‘Alert’

force of nature
fear of the unknown
grim predictions

powerful elements
falling rain
steady moving low

tucked away
under soft sheets
turning and tossing

constant
barrage of
questions

future options
going through
alert mind

jumping to
conclusions
sleepless night

low lying house
past floods
uncertainty

eyes wide open
